This "Business Meeting of The Global Open Food and Agriculture University Task Force" will bring together the task force members from the CGIAR Centers.

The key objectives of the workshop are to:

• Review the Global Open University concept
• Brief on the Global Open University Concept and Initial Implementation E-Conference
• Identify mechanisms for collaborating with other CGIAR Initiatives
• Identify the Global Open University funding strategy
• Select needs assessment methodology for determining post-graduate education gaps in agriculture and natural resources
• Discuss methods for assessing existing resources within CGAIR for implementing Global Open University
• Discuss Global Open University Intellectual Property Rights Strategy
